The development once fully completed will contain 36 one and two bedroom apartments complete with en-suite wet rooms and open plan kitchen and living areas.

The development contains a large staff room for on-site support and communal garden areas. Each property contains technology such as door entry and a nurse call system to aid independence for tenants, as well as communal safety features such as platform lifts and a sprinkler system.

The first phase of the development contains 24 apartments and was officially opened on the 10th April 2024.

Disability Action Yorkshire are the onsite care and support provider, although, of course, tenancy is not dependant on using us.

We have many years of experience of providing high quality personal care and support to disabled people and always work with each individual to ensure that the service provided enables them to live their life in the way they choose. Ensuring that customers have choice and control and are treated with dignity and respect is of utmost importance to us.

Our staff will be on site 24hrs a day, including waking nights, so there will always be someone to respond to emergencies including call bells.
