Everyone does have the right to work, but we know that disabled people often face barriers in gaining employment.

Spot On is our department that trains disabled people in the skills that employers look for when recruiting staff.  We go further than just training in interview skills and looking for a job, although we do know that is very important.  We train in things like quality, customer care and stock control.  We also train on commercial skills with trainees working on and running real contracts.
