Alpha Care is a domiciliary care service, registered with the Care Quality Commission, delivering a high standard of personal care and support to people within their own homes.  We operate in the Thirsk, Northallerton and Bedale areas with our office being situated in Thirsk.

Anyone requiring assistance or interested in knowing more about  Alpha Care will receive a visit from one of our senior staff who will discuss where and when support is needed and the kind of support that is required.  The length of visit can be from 15 minutes up to 24 hour personal care.

We always make sure that the person needing our service is happy with the staff member going into their home.  We try to make sure that it is always the same staff member attending and where this is not possible, because of holidays etc, we make sure that the service user is happy with the replacement.  

Staff at the office are always ready to answer any queries, this includes an out of hours emergency contact.

All of our staff are subject to a rigorous recruitment process and undergo full induction training before they are permitted to work with service users.
